Approx Solution  Refund Poilcy

This refund policy applies to all products and services provided by Pariksha Solutions. This policy is stringent and transparent to ensure that refunds are provided only in appropriate cases.

Eligibility for Refund:

* *Under normal circumstances, no refunds will be issued for any product or service.*
* *Only in extremely exceptional and unavoidable circumstances will a refund be considered.*
* *To be eligible for a refund, the customer must meet all of the following conditions:*

* The customer must submit a refund request to Approx Solution *in writing*.
* The customer must submit the following documents with the refund request:

Proof of purchase:

Original invoice, transaction details, or any other acceptable documentation.
* *Proof of non-use of the product or service:* Unused condition of the product, proof of non-use of the service, or any other acceptable documentation.
* *Reason for requesting a refund:* A detailed and specific explanation justifying the need for a refund.

* Approx Solution will *thoroughly review* the customer’s refund request and make a decision within *30 business days*.

*Refund Amount:*

* *If the customer is found eligible for a refund, the refund amount will be determined based on the following factors:*

* *Value of the product or service:* Original purchase price, including taxes and other fees.
* *Percentage of time the product or service was used:* Duration of product use, amount of service use, or any other relevant measure.
* *Amount of damage caused to Approx Solution by the customer:* Damage caused by the use of the product or service, loss incurred due to the use of the service, or any other relevant measure.
* *Other relevant factors:* Market price changes, availability of the product or service, or any other relevant circumstances.

*Refund Process:*

* *If the refund request is approved:*

* Approx Solution will refund the amount to the customer *within a specified timeframe*.
* The refund will be issued through the same payment method used by the customer to purchase the product or service.
* Approx Solution will notify the customer in writing about the refund amount and process.

* *If the refund request is rejected:*

* Approx Solution will notify the customer of the reason for rejection in writing.
* The customer must accept the decision of rejection or follow Approx Solution’s dispute resolution process.

*Final Decision:*

* *Approx Solution has the final authority to make decisions on all refund requests.*
* *Approx Solution reserves the right to reject any refund request without providing any reason.*

*Additional Information:*

* This refund policy is available on Approx Solution’s website.
* Approx Solution reserves the right to change this refund policy without any prior notice.
